Travel Gift Card Giveaway – Official Rules
These rules apply to the Travel Gift Card Giveaway (“Travel Gift Card Giveaway”) organised by Picnic Finland Oy.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these rules.
Organizer:
Picnic Finland Oy (0789907-1)
Participation Period:
The Giveaway is open from 6 May to 30 June 2026 (the “Participation Period”).
Entries must be registered in the Picnic app during the Participation Period.
Who can participate:
All Picnic app loyalty members who have made a purchase at any Picnic restaurant by the end of the Participation Period (30 June 2026) are automatically entered into the Giveaway.
Employees of the Organizer and persons living in the same household with them are not eligible to participate.
How to participate and number of entries:
Participation is automatic when the participant is a registered Picnic app loyalty member and makes at least one identified purchase at any Picnic restaurant during the Participation Period.
Each identified visit counts as one entry. The more visits you make, the better your chances of winning the prize.
Prize:
The prize in the Giveaway is a travel gift card with a value of €1,000 (one thousand euros). The gift card is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The issuer of the gift card and any detailed terms of use (such as validity period and geographical limitations) are determined by the gift card provider’s terms and conditions.
The prize amount (travel gift card) does not cover the costs of travel-related documents or any possible visas. The winner is responsible for these costs.
Winner selection:
The winner will be selected at random by the Organizer from all eligible participants on 2 July 2026.
The Organizer may also draw reserve winners in case the winner cannot be reached or does not meet the participation requirements.
Winner notification and prize delivery:
The winner will be personally notified via the contact details provided in the Picnic app by phone and/or email within one (1) day of the draw.
If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first contact attempt, the Organizer has the right to select a reserve winner.
The prize will be delivered to the winner electronically or in another manner agreed upon separately.
Free of charge
Participation in the Giveaway is free of extra charge.
Any purchase made at a Picnic restaurant does not include a separate entry fee for the Giveaway.
Taxation
The Organizer of the Giveaway is responsible for paying any lottery tax related to the prize.
Personal data processing
To carry out the Giveaway, the Organizer processes participants’ personal data (such as contact details and purchase history available in the Picnic app).
The data is used for administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy and is retained only for as long as necessary to conduct the Giveaway and handle any potential claims.
Liability and other terms
The Organizer is responsible for organizing the Giveaway and delivering the prize in accordance with these rules.
The Organizer is not responsible for travel services provided by the gift card issuer or any third party, nor for the actual execution of the trip.
The Organizer is also not liable for any technical issues that prevent participation or affect the functionality of the Picnic app.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules or cancel the Giveaway.
Governing law and contact details
The Giveaway and these rules are governed by the laws of Finland.
