The Picnic delivery service delivers orders to the address of your choice in up to two hours. Delivery orders must be placed no later than 2 hours before the desired delivery time. Orders over €700 must be placed 12 hours before the delivery time. Check out the transport conditions below.

Extended delivery in some of our restaurants:

From our restaurants in Jyväskylä, Raisio, Tampere, Oulu, Vantaa, Tornio, and Kuopio, you can conveniently order catering within a 10 km radius of the restaurant’s location, instead of the usual 7.5 km. Our transport service in these areas is slightly more extensive than normal due to the dispersed nature of the areas. If you need a wider range of transport in your area, please let us know at Customer Service.

If you would like to pay by invoice and your company does not yet have an invoicing contract with us, you can apply for an invoice sales contract below.

  • It takes about three working days to approve a billing agreement.
  • Credit information will be checked when the application is processed.
  • All customer information is treated confidentially.
  • If you have any questions regarding your invoice application, please contact taloushallinto@picnic.fi
  • After the billing agreement, you will be able to verify your customer account in your online shopping cart with a phone number and a verification code sent by SMS.
  • Please note that our billing is always on a per-restaurant basis, so if you want to order from more than one restaurant, please apply to all the restaurants you need.

Billing conditions:

  • You can order products online or from the restaurant to the Picnic restaurant of your choice for pick-up or delivery to the address of your choice.
  • You will receive a monthly invoice in batches. The previous month’s bill is formed in the middle of the current month.
  • Picnic billing contract is always tied to the restaurant
    • If you need to order products from more than one of our restaurants, we will draw up a contract for each restaurant you need.
  • When you shop at a restaurant, we will verify your billing sales with your billing customer number.
  • We verify online invoice sales via the telephone numbers provided by the customer.
    • The customer is verified in the shopping cart with a phone number and a four-digit code sent by SMS.
    • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information. Changes to subscriber information will be sent by e-mail to online store (at) picnic.fi
    • The customer is responsible for any damage caused by failure to update the information.
  • When you apply for an invoice sale, we will check your credit information.

Purchases by invoicing customers are billed once a month. A billing fee of €6 applies. Payment terms: 7 days net. Late payment interest: 13%.
(Please note that the invoice for the current month will be generated in the middle of the following month.)

  1. First, choose the Picnic restaurant nearest you from the list to order from. Choosing the right restaurant will speed up the processing of your order and ensure the cheapest delivery.
  2. Add the products you like to your shopping cart (products with an amount of 0€ will open a menu where you can select the product(s) from the same group).
    • You can add more products by pressing the + key on the product in the shopping cart
    • For the product, you can also mark the allergens to be taken into account in the space provided.
  3. Go to your shopping cart and select if you still need to bring your cutlery.
  4. If you have a Picnic billing account, identify yourself as a billing customer under CUSTOMER.
  5. Choose the most suitable method for order delivery (pickup or transport) and the desired delivery time.
  6. Go to the shopping cart and get your payments and additional information in order
  7. Now you can relax and wait for your order to be completed.
  8. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order by SMS and on the e-commerce website in the order tracking section.
  9. If you ordered the products to be picked up by yourself, the order will be ready at the time you choose.
  10. If you ordered the products by transport, our transport partner will deliver them to you once the order is completed.

    • Enter your phone number in the “add customer number” field and press verify authorisation (Please use the international format (+358XXXXXXXXXXX) for your phone number).
    • You will receive a 4-digit confirmation code by SMS (sender bestorante)
    • Add the confirmation code to the shopping cart and your information will be transferred to the shopping cart’s customer information. Add a reference to the order if you wish.
    • On the next page, select the delivery date and time, and add any additional information you want
    • on the last page you can enter your information and pay for the order with the Pay by invoice button*
      *If the pay by invoice button is not visible, press Ctrl and the minus sign to make the screen smaller.
    • We will inform you about the progress of your order by SMS
    • If you have chosen to have the products shipped, you will receive a tracking link from the sender Wolt (see how the products are delivered, and our shipping conditions).

Update your billing information

Picnic’s new webshop verifies billing customers with the subscriber´s phone number.
If you are a billing customer and have not yet updated your billing information, please contact the e-commerce customer service.

  • Picnic pick-up service is available during the opening hours of our restaurants (check our opening hours here) in each of our restaurants. Orders must be placed 2 hours before the desired pick-up time.
  • The Picnic delivery service delivers orders to all our restaurants within a radius of 7.5 kilometres, within the opening hours of our restaurants (check our opening hours here).Delivery orders must be placed 2 hours before the desired order completion time.
    • Orders are delivered within a time window of approximately 30 minutes of the requested delivery time.
      • The fare is as follows: 9,90€/first kilometre, additional kilometres 2€/kilometre.
  • Our conditions of carriage:
    • Products must be ordered two hours before the desired delivery time (for orders over 700€ we require 12 hours advance notice)
    • Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer within a 30-minute time window from the time requested by the customer.
    • We will send a tracking link to the phone number provided by the customer (Sender: Wolt)
    • During transport, our courier may try to reach the customer to ensure the successful delivery of the order.
      • In situations where the courier cannot find the destination using the address information provided, the courier will call the customer twice.
        • If the customer cannot be contacted and the order cannot be delivered, the order will be destroyed by the sender.
        • In these situations, neither Picnic nor our courier partner Wolt will be liable for any inconvenience caused to the customer and we will charge the order in full.
  • After opening your shopping cart, you will find an additional discount code button. Enter your discount code and the discount will be automatically calculated on your order.
  • Please note that for discount codes in euros, the amount in the shopping cart must be greater than the amount of the discount code.
